  • Birth Flower is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any AI model creators or providers. We are an independent service that provides a custom interface for generating birth flower artwork.
  • The quality, style, and output of AI-generated images may vary based on the underlying AI models and services.

AI-Generated Content

  • All artwork is generated by AI algorithms and may not be perfect or exactly as expected.
  • Generated images are unique to each request, and results cannot be exactly replicated.
  • We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be free from errors, artifacts, or unexpected variations.

Limitations

  • AI models are continuously evolving, and the service may be updated to use different or improved models over time.

Prohibited Activities

Refund Policy

Subscription Plans

  • No Partial Refunds: We do not provide partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period after cancellation.
  • Annual Plans: If you cancel an annual subscription, you will retain access until the end of your annual billing period. No prorated refunds are provided.

Credit Packs (One-Time Purchases)

  • Non-Refundable: Credit pack purchases are non-refundable once the credits have been added to your account.
  • Unused Credits: Credits do not expire and remain in your account until used.

Exceptions

We may consider refund requests in the following circumstances:

  • Technical Issues: If you experience persistent technical problems that prevent you from using the service, and our support team is unable to resolve them within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Duplicate Charges: If you were accidentally charged multiple times for the same purchase.
  • Unauthorized Transactions: If there was an unauthorized transaction on your account.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under the exceptions listed above:

Refunds, when approved, will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
